Building 36

This forms the central and most prestigious part of the Grand Store complex. In much of its original form with little external alteration

Building 47 and 48

These two warehouses have been converted into contemporary duplex apartments whilst remaining many original features

Reflections

Raised above ground level to add stature to the external façade, Reflection is essentially a group of inter-linked apartment blocks built around a shallow lagoon, which forms a stunning central feature to the whole complex.

My HQ

Once the administrative hub of Royal Arsenal, My HQ building has now been carefully restored and embellished to provide a unique setting for a complex of highly individual 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments/duplexes and 2 and 3 bedroom penthouses

Wellington

Equally grand in its exterior aspect, the exclusive and intimate Wellington Apartments offers just 12 apartments and duplexes. Gym/Management Suite is for the sole use of the residents at the Royal Arsenal

Location

Located on the river near Canary Wharf and the City. Woolwich is a colourful and traditional neighbourhood that boast one of the oldest markets in South London and offers plenty of opportunity to shop, rest and relax.

Nearby Greenwich offers an eclectic mix of shops, eateries, bars and cafes with a relaxed cosmopolitan atmosphere.

Transport

By Road
The A206 Plumstead Road runs adjacent to the Royal Arsenal giving direct links via the Blackwall Tunnel north of the Thames and to Central London.  The A205/208 runs south from Woolwich providing access to the A2 and the M25.

By Rail
The Royal Arsenal is approximately 300 metres from Woolwich Arsenal Station.  From here high frequency rail services run to London Bridge, Cannon Street and Charing Cross.

By Tube
Jubilee Line services operate from Green Park and London Bridge to North Greenwich. A taxi rank or buses are available from North Greenwich Station, with bus journey times of between 15 and 20 minutes.

By DLR
Greenwich offers Docklands Light Railway services to Canary Wharf and Cannon Street.  Regular train services operate between Greenwich and Woolwich Arsenal Station. The Woolwich Arsenal DLR station is due for completion in Jan 2009

By River
The eastward extension of the Thames Clipper commuter service operates from Royal Arsenal Pier to Canary Wharf in 23 minutes. www.thamesclippers.com.
